Join us for an all-inclusive, overnight camp experience to help you grow as a runner, build difference-making habits, and have a ton of fun. Any boy or girl going into 7th-12th grade (Fall 2026) is welcome to register. This camp is for runners of any level, but consistent summer training prior to camp is highly recommended.

What’s Included

  • There are 5+ miles of single track trails on the property, endless hilly dirt roads nearby, and Newton Hills State Park across the river.

  • There’s a boys dorm and a girls dorm equipped with bunk beds. Bedding is included in your registration.

    There will be current collegiate runners as counselors!

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included. All meals are buffet-style and will be served in the camp dining hall. Snacks and recovery drinks will be provided as well.

  • You will learn from some of the best coaches around. We have an amazing lineup of speakers that includes:

    • Dr. Jeff Messer (high school coach of National Champion & Sub-4:00 miler JoJo Jourdon)

    • Jarvis Jelen (Director of XC/TF @ Jamestown University)

    • Luke Jelen (Head XC Coach @ Sioux Falls Lincoln HS)

    • Matt Genrich (Head XC Coach @ Harrisburg HS)

    • Luke VanderLeest (Head XC/TF @ Sioux Falls Christian HS)

  • You will learn how to effectively supplement your running with aqua jog/swim workouts.

  • We will spend time learning recovery & strength techniques, equipping you with tools to keep yourself healthy and improve performance.

  • You will have some free time to be able to play indoor and outdoor games, recreate in the pool, or get some extra rest.
